Shipping Policy

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 NOON ON FRIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY (MONDAY)

Processing Time: For express processing please allow up to 2 to 4 working days for processing before your order is shipped. For express processing select the "bank deposit" option when purchasing or send as a message on instagram to order for urgent processing! 

For standard processing please allow up to 7 - 14 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping & Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.

Collection: We offer free collection from SE5. If collection is selected, we will notify you with a time and date of collection. When coming to collect please kindly show proof of purchase and any form of ID. We do not allow others to collect on your behalf, any issues with collection please inform us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't send out orders in cabs. 
 
Delivery & Signature Requirement: All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, your package will be redirected to your local depot for collection.

International Delivery:

Please note International Shipments will be subject to customs clearance. The shipments may incur additional taxes/duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be advised that we do not take responsibility for any delays in shipping as once sent out it is no longer within the control of Sharlux. Due to this, we would like to recommend that orders are placed prior to any engagement to avoid any disappointment to our valued customers. Sharlux will not bear any liability for delayed shipments, nor will there be any reimbursements for shipping costs.
